Are these what they call lava rocks? It sure reminds me of those I have seen on television. It is such a beautiful photo. It must be nice to live in an area like this.

Beautiful shot. Is Atlantida on Rio de la Plata or Atlantic Ocean?

Thanks to all for the comments, and Luiz, Atlantida is in the Rio de la Plata but the ocean is at less than a hundred kilometers.

Beautiful sea side scene,I particularly like the very gentle gradations of grey tones giving it interest and intimacy. Just lovely.

Would like to explore all those rock pools for all the tidal creatures that live there.

Wow. I haven't been to Uruguay so I don't know why I find it strange that this is Uruguay but wow.... It looks so much like New Mexico, I guess. Who knew?
